Executive Chef Brent Martin brings over two decades of culinary experience in top hotels and restaurants to Hyatt Regency Bellevue, including positions at Andaz Maui Resort, the Manchester Grand Hyatt in San Diego and Seattle's downtown Hyatts. He has been an executive chef both in the United States and overseas, has been nominated for the prestigious James Beard Award and has even had the opportunity to cook for the Dalai Lama! In his new role, he will oversee all aspects of culinary operations at Hyatt Regency Bellevue, and when he's not in the kitchen, can be found relaxing with his family, playing sports and exploring the beautiful Pacific Northwest.
